Where does JOMZ deliver and when are deliveries available?
JOMZ currently offers local cold delivery in Kuala Lumpur. Delivery is arranged manually with Grab or Lalamove after payment and delivery details are confirmed. Outstation delivery is temporarily unavailable. Customers select an available delivery date and time slot during checkout.
How much is JOMZ delivery?
JOMZ charges one delivery fee per order: RM8 for 0–5 km, RM12 for 5–10 km, and RM18 for 10–15 km from the kitchen. Distances above 15 km require a manual quotation. JOMZ arranges Grab or Lalamove, and the delivery fee is paid separately by the customer.
How should I store and thaw JOMZ bottles?
Keep JOMZ bottles frozen at -18 degrees C when they arrive. Move a bottle to the chiller when you are ready to thaw it. Once opened, enjoy it immediately or within 2 hours. If thawed and kept chilled before opening, consume it within 24 hours for best taste and quality. Do not refreeze.
Does JOMZ contain added sugar?
JOMZ blends are made with no added sugar. They contain naturally occurring sugars from fruit and ingredients. JOMZ is not a medical treatment and is best enjoyed as part of a balanced lifestyle with normal meals and water.
How do I order JOMZ Juice?
Choose a 1, 3, 5, or 7-day set on the Packages page, add it to your cart, provide your details, select a delivery date and time slot, and complete payment through Billplz. You can also message JOMZ on WhatsApp at +60 14-390 6828 before ordering.
Can I cancel or change a paid JOMZ order?
Paid orders are final because JOMZ is prepared for a selected delivery date. Customers may request a change or postponement before 9:00 AM at least two days before delivery. Approved requests may receive a credit voucher valid for three months. Missing, damaged, or incorrect items should be reported on the delivery day with photos.
